I think of cherry-flavored cola beverages because cola, on its own, doesn’t seem to have the kind of flavor that would blend well with something fruity, but somehow the two work well together. I can understand vanilla – the other most common flavor addition – much better, but I guess the idea of cherry cola will always be a little muddled for me. Oh well.
