I must have been living out of space ever since I moved to a greener environment that I missed the hustle bustle city life. Now I spend most of my time gardening, making compost and drying my fruits under the sun. There is never a day I am without food and money is not really a concern since I can hook up on my PC and earn some money there. My friend just came to visit me the other day and he had a nice laugh at me because I am still drying my fruits under the sun when I could use a food dehydrator. Boy! I was embarrassed when he hooked up the PC, went to the online store and bought me one of the best food dehydrators. This tells that there are so much information offered online that I could miss this bit of information that could help me drying my foods. Lucky I have my friend here and food dehydrators do make my life easier. I don’t have to watch out for rain and flies anymore!

I remember after visiting my first winery wanting to join their wine of the month club. They had close to 50 varieties of wine they made themselves and a lot of them were gosh darn tasty. I eventually decided not to join that particular club, but a couple years later after making an order at Amazon.com (for marketing books, not wine stuff) there was an offer in the box for a 50% off your initial order at a big wine place that was looking to get more people in their wine club. So I did what any reasonable wine drinking person would do – I signed up and got my drink on. Now I get to try new wines from all around the world every month.

I can never understand why people need to buy a complete knife set. For me, all I need is one trustworthy knife. I have been using a German-made Chef’s knife to prepare all my meals for a long time now. It is the best kitchen knife for any cook to use. It has a slip-resistant handle and razor-sharp blade that hardly ever needs sharpening. It is easy to clean as well as there are no crevices for food to build up. Besides that, it is lightweight and well-balanced. When I use it, it glides through the food and I feel as though it is doing all the work for me.

Ever wonder how maple syrup makers know when to tap their trees? Do they have the date set ahead of time like Martha Stewart does in her famous calendars? The answer is no, there is no set time to tap maples. Knowing when to tap a maple tree is more involved than just heading out the door one day in March.
The typical sugaring season begins in March and lasts from four to six weeks. First and foremost, the maple farmer must be aware of the weather. The length of the winter, the amount of snowfall, and the temperature are just some of the variables that influence when the sap begins to run – and how long the run will last. To know when it’s time, you must watch for the signs.
When freezing winter days give way to the milder daytime temperatures and melting snows of spring, the sap begins to run. The best conditions for sap to begin to run are freezing nights followed by warming sunny days. After a few consecutive days and nights of these ‘cold to warm’ temperature swings, you’re ready to harvest. The annual run is over when the freezing nights end and the trees begin to bud.

I just live the weight loss program my personal trainer gave me, its less stressful and the most good thing about it is that its great tasting!
I have been doing exercises and aerobics for over 3 years now, it has become a habbit that I felt incomplete when I am not able to do it. This is how my life is now, I am done with thinking of all troubles. And this time its about time that I concentrate more on me.
I even updated my wardrobe and next month I amgetting a botox treatment to complete my over all look.
